Refunds and Returns policy

Information on our policy.

General information

 

Please ensure that you have read this policy before returning any items to us.

All requests relating to returns & refunds must be sent to enquiries@ehubdistribution.co.uk where we will be able to offer advice on your available options and assist with your return.

Online purchases made via our website

We will provide a unique return ID for items purchased via our website. We will be unable to process your return unless this has been issued.

Conditions


Non-faulty items

Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You will need to arrange and pay the shipping cost for the return of the item. You should consider using a courier that provides adequate insurance to cover the cost of the items being returned as well as a tracking service. Please be aware that we do not refund the cost of shipping for the return of any non-faulty items.

Faulty items

Faulty items returned within 30 days of purchase will be replaced, however please be aware that products returned outside of the initial 30 day period but still within the manufacturer warranty period will be repaired, replaced, credited or a refund will be issued depending on the specific warranty offering of the item manufacturer.

Damaged, Short or Non-Delivered Goods

As per our Terms and Conditions, all discrepancies associated with any order, including transit damage, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in any claim being rejected.

Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by e-mail with the outcome of the return. If the return is approved and you have requested a refund, then we will arrange to credit your account using the same method with which you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of refunds to credit or debit cards, if you have not received your refund by this time then please get in touch with us.
