Orders and Shipping​

Orders will usually arrive in 1-2 working days subject to stock availability. For any items which were out of stock at the time of purchase, these will typically arrive within 3-5 working days. Please rest assured that in the event that we can foresee any delays we will contact you to ensure that you are made aware.

If you have not purchased from us using our website before, please follow this click here and enter your email address and create a password. Note that if you are a trade professional, we recommend that you register for a trade account by clicking here and once your account has been approved you will be able to access prices for our entire product range.

If your shipping address if different to your billing address, then please tick the box ‘Deliver to a different address?’ at checkout and add the address details.

When you complete an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items and charges that applied to your order. On qualifying orders, a link will be emailed to you enabling you to track the progress of your delivery.

We do not retain payment card details.

We charge VAT at the current rate of 20% for all delivered goods, you will be able to see the full calculated breakdown of VAT that applies the items placed in your basket prior to completing any transactions on our website.

Please note that at present we only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

We try our best to ensure that your items arrive with you in excellent condition. This means that some products will need extra packaging and separation to retain condition during transit. Our tracking services allow you to see how many packages have been shipped against your order. We receive regular stock deliveries, and we can also order in most products on a special delivery service, and so please feel free to continue placing orders for items currently showing no stock availability, these will usually arrive with you within 3-5 working days.
