Refunds and Returns policy

Information on our policy.

General information

 

Please ensure that you have read this policy before returning any products to us.

All requests relating to returns & refunds must be sent to enquiries@ehubdistribution.co.uk where we will be able to offer advice on your available options and assist with your return.

We will provide a unique return ID for products purchased from us. We will be unable to process your return unless this has been issued.

Non-faulty products

Products returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You will need to arrange and pay the shipping cost for the return of the product. You should consider using a courier that provides adequate insurance to cover the cost of the products being returned as well as a tracking service. Please be aware that we do not refund the cost of shipping for the return of any non-faulty products. All products being returned must be packaged carefully to avoid any damage during transit and include all original leads, connectors, manuals, and accessories. Any products received that have been damaged in transit or in an unsatisfactory condition will void the warranty. EHUB Distribution will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Faulty products

Faulty products returned within 30 days of purchase will be replaced, however please be aware that products returned outside of the initial 30 day period but still within the manufacturer warranty period will be repaired, replaced, credited or a refund will be issued depending on the specific warranty offering of the product manufacturer. All returned products must be accompanied by a meaningful fault description, and please note, some manufacturers require you to speak with their technical support team to obtain a reference number prior to raising a return with EHUB Distribution. All products being returned must be packaged carefully to avoid any damage during transit and include all original leads, connectors, manuals, and accessories. If possible, please use the original product packaging. Any products received that have been damaged in transit or in an unsatisfactory condition will void the warranty. EHUB Distribution will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

The expected turnaround time for inspection and repairs is 3 to 4 weeks, however, it must be stressed that, where products have to be sent back to the manufacturer, these lead times can vary, depending on the manufacturers’ repair policy and spares availability.

Any products returned as faulty and found to have no defect will be subject to an inspection and handling charge of not less than £25, and potentially higher dependent on the product/manufacturer. All carriage costs are to be borne by the customer.

An advanced replacement can be requested for possible faulty products. You will need to pay for the replacement product(s) and if the returned product(s) are found to be faulty, then we will issue you with a refund. If the goods are tested and found to be non-defective, then they will be returned to you and will be subject to the handling charge mentioned above and no refund will be issued.

Damaged, Short or Non-Delivered Goods

As per our Terms and Conditions, all discrepancies associated with any order, including transit damage, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in any claim being rejected.

Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we will notify you by e-mail with the outcome of the return. If the return is approved and you have requested a refund, then we will arrange to credit your account using the same method with which you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of refunds to credit or debit cards, if you have not received your refund by this time then please get in touch with us.
